The composition is short and transparent. Grapefruit gives a juicy, sharp, slightly bitter zest that dominates the opening. Pink pepper adds a light, rosy sparkle. Mastic, a resin from the lentisk shrub, brings a fresh, slightly piney, green-resinous note with a Mediterranean feel.
