The note list is long but coherent. Bergamot and bitter orange open sharp and sunny. Neroli and orange blossom form the heart, the bitter-green and the sweet-honeyed sides of the same flower, with jasmine for depth. Lavender and rosemary add a herbal, Mediterranean-scrub aromatic layer. The base is ambrette, a soft vegetal musk, with amber for warmth, so the finish is gentle rather than sharp.
Neroli Riviera is a shared fragrance, worn by anyone. The sunny citrus and herbs make it a warm-weather, daytime scent, and it suits someone who likes neroli colognes but wants a bit more musk and warmth than a traditional eau de cologne. It is sold in an 80 ml bottle.
