The notes are given as a single list and are rich. Cardamom, pepper, white pepper and galanga open with a dry, tingling spice. The heart is built on rose and rose water, fringed pink, ylang-ylang and tobacco blossom, with Tuscan iris adding a cool, powdery softness between the flowers. Cinnamon and Chinese cinnamon wood give the composition its warm, slightly sweet backbone. The base of vanilla absolute, styrax and the amber material ambrarome is resinous and smooth, more cosy than sugary.
