The notes are listed without stages. Italian lemon and lemon open bright, zesty and slightly sharp. Sugar and sugar cane then sweeten the citrus into something closer to lemonade or lemon sweets, which is where the gourmand impression comes from. Matcha tea adds a green, grassy, faintly bitter note that keeps the sweetness in check, and lily of the valley a light, dewy floral touch.
