Pizzuta

Pizzuta from the Italian house Olfattology is a gourmand built around almonds and milk, released in 2025 and composed by Mariaceleste Lombardo. Sweetness dominates, with light spicy, green, fresh, floral and citrus touches around it.

The opening is fresh and Mediterranean: bergamot and lemon leaf bring a green, zesty brightness, myrtle a herbal, slightly resinous note, and pink pepper a soft spice. The heart is where the character lies. Almond, sugared almonds and pistachio give a nutty, marzipan-like sweetness, milk adds a creamy softness, and a pinch of salt keeps it from feeling cloying.
