Dan Dana

Dan Dana by Nabeel is a woody fragrance with strong spicy and citrus sides and a noticeable green character. Released in 2022 and presented as feminine, it also carries lighter sweet and floral touches in a densely layered composition.

The opening is a bright, zesty mix of grapefruit, lemon, mandarin and bergamot, sharpened by black pepper, cardamom, coriander and cloves. Juniper berries bring a crisp, gin-like resinous note, and blackcurrant and raspberry a tart fruitiness. The heart is aromatic and green: lavender, bay leaf and violet leaf add herbal, leafy freshness, with jasmine and geranium supplying a soft, rosy floral tone. The base is a forest of woods and moss: cypress, cedar, guaiac wood and sandalwood give dry and creamy depth, oakmoss a shaded green, and labdanum, leather and amber a warm, slightly smoky finish.
