Sunlit Clementine & Vetiver Eau de Parfum is a 2024 release from the British house Molton Brown, composed by Julie Massé and worn by anyone. Everyone who describes it finds it green and citrus, two thirds add woody, and a minority mention gourmand, floral and leather.

Clementine, mandarin and lime open it with a sweet, zesty brightness, and fig adds a green, milky, leafy note that gives the opening its green character. Hazelnut is the surprise in the middle, a soft, toasty, slightly sweet nuttiness, set against iris, which brings a cool, powdery dryness. The base is mossy and earthy: Bourbon vetiver and vetiver give a clean, rooty, slightly smoky dryness, oakmoss and moss a bitter forest-floor depth, and suede a smooth, soft leather finish.

Bright on top and dry underneath, it suits daytime in any season. People who like vetiver but want a sunnier, more fruit-led introduction should find it well judged.
