Montaigne Vanille

Montaigne Vanille is a soft rose and vanilla musk from Maison Alhambra, released in 2022 for women. Everyone who describes it calls it musky and floral, and about half add gourmand, woody and citrus.

Lemon opens it with a short, clean brightness. Turkish rose and rose form the heart, soft and slightly sweet rather than dark or jammy. Vanilla moves in underneath, creamy and gentle, and cedar adds a dry, clean wood that stops the sweetness from becoming heavy. White musk and musk make up most of the base, giving the whole composition a clean, powdery, freshly laundered softness that lingers close to the skin.

There are no community reports yet on how long it lasts or how far it projects. Rose, vanilla and white musk suit everyday wear in most seasons, at work or in the evening, and the scent should please people who like a comforting, clean floral that is sweet without being a dessert.
