À Fleur de Pêche

À Fleur de Pêche is a scent of peach, jasmine and patchouli, nothing more, composed by Antoine Maisondieu for L'Artisan Parfumeur in 2023 and worn by anyone. Everyone who has described it calls it sweet, woody and floral in equal measure, one word for each note.

The three ingredients each do a clear job. Peach gives the sweetness, ripe and velvety, with the slightly fuzzy, skin-like quality of the fruit rather than a candied one. Jasmine supplies the floral side, warm and heady, and it blends naturally with the peach because the two share a soft, almost creamy richness. Patchouli is the woody anchor, earthy and a little dark, which stops the pairing from becoming a simple fruity floral and gives the dry-down depth and length. The character suggests a scent for mild weather that can move from day to evening, for anyone who likes fruit and flowers presented simply, with an earthy base rather than a sugary one.
