Angie

Angie, released by Franck Boclet in 2016, is a green, woody fig fragrance. Everyone who describes it calls it woody and about two-thirds also find it green; a third notice musky, floral, amber or leathery sides.

The notes come as a single list. Fig, fig leaf and fig nectar form the core, giving the milky, green, slightly sweet character of fig perfumes, with the leaf adding a bitter freshness and the nectar a honeyed softness. Hawthorn and floral notes bring a light, slightly almond-like floral touch. Cedar and Virginia cedar provide a dry, pencil-shaving woodiness, and sandalwood adds creaminess.
