The opening is a fruit-and-citrus burst: pineapple and blackcurrant give a juicy, slightly tart sweetness, and bergamot a bright lift. The heart is birch, jasmine and rose, where the birch adds a dry, smoky, tar-like note under the flowers and accounts for the leathery impression. The base of vanilla, ambergris and musk is warm and sweet, with the ambergris adding a salty, skin-like depth.
