Blue Banana

Blue Banana, from the Swiss house Parfums d'Elmar, is a fragrance released in 2026 in which sweet and woody sides lead equally, with a green side about half as strong and lighter spice, flowers and resin.

Banana and coconut give a creamy, tropical, sunny opening, joined by an ice-cream note for a cool, dessert-like sweetness. Solar notes add a warm, sun-on-skin glow, and saffron a warm, leathery spice. Jasmine softens the heart. The base is unexpectedly dark: oud brings a deep, resinous wood, oakmoss and moss a damp green earthiness, cashmere wood a plush softness, and vanilla and benzoin a creamy, balsamic sweetness.
