Modern from Nabeel, a men's fragrance from 2022, is woody and ambery in equal measure, with a strong spicy streak and smaller green, musky and resinous touches.

Saffron and nutmeg open with a warm, leathery and slightly sweet spice. The core is built on woods: agarwood (oud) gives a deep, resinous smokiness, guaiac wood a smoky-sweet softness and amberwood a warm, radiant woodiness. Incense and labdanum add balsamic, smoky resin, and oakmoss contributes a damp, earthy green note. In the base, vanilla, amber and suede bring warmth, sweetness and a soft leathery texture.

Designed for men, it has a rich, enveloping character. The spiced oud and amber suit evenings, autumn and winter, and formal or special occasions, and it should appeal to those who like warm, ambery ouds with a smooth, sweet finish.
