Bitter orange opens with a sharp, slightly bitter citrus that keeps the start bright. Cocoa then takes over, rich and chocolatey, joined by coffee, which adds a roasted, slightly bitter depth. Dried fruits bring a jammy, sticky sweetness, and the base of vanilla and tonka bean is creamy, warm and almond-like, like a chocolate dessert.
