Upper Ten for Her

Upper Ten for Her by Lubin combines a sweet, dessert-like side with woods and amber in equal measure, with flowers close behind and touches of spice and citrus. Delphine Thierry composed it, and it was released in 2016 as a feminine scent.

Bergamot, raspberry and grapes give it a juicy, fruity opening, while Sichuan pepper adds a tingling spice. Bulgarian rose then forms the floral heart, rich and velvety. Wormwood brings a bitter, herbal edge that keeps the sweetness in check. The base is dark and warm: dark chocolate gives a rich, slightly bitter cocoa note, incense and elemi a resinous, smoky glow, and amber with precious woods a deep, smooth finish.
