Black cherry is the centrepiece: deep, juicy and slightly sour, it gives a ripe, almost liqueur-like fruitiness. Amaretto takes that further with its almond, marzipan-like sweetness, which pairs naturally with cherry. The twist comes from the spice: pimento brings a warm, clove-like heat, and chilli pepper a sharper, tingling kick that sets it apart from simple fruity gourmands. Amber and musk then settle the composition into a smooth, warm and gently sweet finish.
