Guatemalan cardamom and saffron open with a warm, aromatic spice, and cumin adds a dry, savoury, slightly skin-like edge. Lily of the valley brings a surprising fresh floral lift in the heart. The base is deep and resinous: agarwood, or oud, gives a dark, smoky woodiness, gurjun balsam and labdanum a sticky, balsamic warmth, cedar a dry structure, and vanilla a creamy sweetness.
