Gong, released by Floraïku in 2025, is a spicy, woody citrus: spice, woods and citrus are noticed in equal measure, most people also find it ambery, and about a third pick up a resinous side.

Yuzu and Italian mandarin give a sharp, tangy brightness, while black pepper and pink pepper bring a dry, prickling spice. A dorayaki note, inspired by the Japanese pancake filled with sweet bean paste, adds a soft, toasty sweetness. The base is warm and dry: guaiac wood brings a smooth, smoky woodiness, vetiver an earthy edge, and Siam benzoin and amber a resinous, vanilla-like glow.

Worn by anyone, Gong suits autumn and spring, the office and evenings alike. It suits people who enjoy peppery citrus and smoky woods with a gentle, unusual touch of sweetness.
