The opening combines bitter orange with coriander and Virginia cedar: a tangy, slightly bitter citrus with peppery spice and dry wood. The heart grows warmer with clove, saffron and patchouli, a classic spiced core with a leathery, earthy depth. In the base, oakmoss adds a damp, green chypre note, while amber, benzoin and cinnamon give a cosy, sweet and resinous warmth.
