Papyrus Éternel

Papyrus Éternel, from the Italian house Brioni, is a green fragrance composed by Alexis Dadier and released in 2025. Woody, amber, leather and citrus sides each make up about half of its character.

Bergamot gives a bright, clean opening, and black tea and tea a smoky, slightly bitter, dry warmth. Nagarmotha, also known as cypriol, forms the papyrus-like core: earthy, smoky and slightly leathery, with a dry, rooty woodiness. Vetiver adds a grassy, smoky green note, and leather a supple texture. The base is warm and mineral, with ambergris giving a salty, skin-like glow that softens the dry woods.
