Ouddiction

Ouddiction, released by Afnan in 2022, is a deeply woody fragrance. Wood dominates, while aromatic, floral, amber, leather and citrus accords add texture around it.

Bergamot opens with a brief citrus brightness, joined by lavender and geranium, which bring a clean, aromatic and slightly rosy freshness. Saffron soon adds a warm, leathery spice. The heart is built on woods: oud gives a smoky, resinous depth, Brazilian rosewood a smooth, slightly spicy woodiness, and cedar a dry structure. In the base, tobacco and leather add a rich, dark warmth, vetiver an earthy, smoky note, and tonka bean and amber a soft, sweet glow.
