The notes read like a recipe and the scent follows it. Coffee gives the opening a dark, slightly bitter roast that stops the whole thing from being sugar alone, and amaretto adds a boozy, almond-flavoured warmth. Brown sugar and biscuit bring a baked, caramelised sweetness in the middle, and an ice-cream accord gives it a cold, milky creaminess that is unusual in a gourmand. Vanilla and amber form the base, smooth and warm, and they are what remains on the skin after the coffee has faded.

This is a cold-weather, evening fragrance by nature, and a little will go a long way. It suits anyone who enjoys coffee and vanilla scents and wants one that leans fully into the dessert idea rather than hinting at it.
