Palolem

Palolem, from the Indian brand Sasva, was released in 2024 and composed by Ping Wei Ling. It is chiefly spicy, with strong gourmand and floral accords, plus green, aromatic and amber layers, and it is worn by anyone.

The scent opens warm and lively, with black pepper and cardamom giving a sparkling, slightly sweet spice. Rum brings a boozy richness, and plum adds dark, juicy fruit. The floral side is creamy and exotic, with champaca and jasmine adding lush petals and a clove-like warmth from carnation.
