Next To Me by Ramon Monegal, released in 2016, is a rose for anyone to wear, with oud, leather and incense around it. Everyone describes it as floral, and about half also find it spicy, woody, resinous, ambery and leathery.

The notes are listed together. Saffron opens it with a dry, leathery spice. Turkish rose and rose form the heart, a rich, slightly jammy flower that holds the centre. Frankincense adds a dry, smoky resin, agarwood, or oud, a dark, slightly medicinal wood, and leather a smooth, worn-in depth. Together they give the rose a shadowed, resinous setting rather than a fresh one.

No wear reports have been gathered yet. Rose, oud, saffron and incense suit autumn and winter and the evening, for someone who likes the classic rose and oud pairing with a bit more smoke and leather than usual.
