The opening is fruity and bright, pear and litchi with grapefruit, bergamot and pink pepper. The heart is Turkish rose set against oud and incense, so the flower is wrapped in smoke and a dark, resinous depth rather than left fresh. The base is long: vanilla and amber for warmth, musk and woody notes for smoothness, vetiver for a dry edge and evernyl for a mossy, slightly salty finish.
