Citrus notes and neroli open it with a bright, slightly bitter orange freshness. The heart is tuberose, orange blossom and ylang-ylang, a creamy, heady trio that gives the scent its floral weight, with agave adding a faintly sweet, green sap note. The base is where the name is earned: oud for dark, resinous depth, ebony and cedar for dry hardwood, sandalwood for smoothness, and vanilla with white musk to soften the edges.
Longevity and sillage have not yet been reported. The tuberose and oud make it richer than a daytime floral, so it leans towards evenings and cooler months, for someone who likes white flowers set against dark wood.
