Seven notes are listed, without a pyramid. Saffron opens with a warm, slightly leathery, metallic spice. Jasmine and iris make up the floral heart: jasmine lush and sweet, iris cool and powdery. Praline brings a nutty, caramelised sweetness that pulls it towards gourmand territory. The base is white leather, smooth and soft rather than smoky, with cedar adding dry wood and ambroxan a clean, salty, long-reaching warmth.
