Eisbach No. 5, released by the German house Lengling in 2015, is a green, aromatic fragrance with a fresh citrus lift. Green and aromatic accords lead equally, citrus follows strongly, and lighter sweet and floral touches complete it.

The opening is cool and invigorating: grapefruit and bergamot bring a bright, tangy citrus, while mint and basil add a crisp, herbal freshness. Lavender contributes a clean, aromatic note. In the heart, green tea and tea give a light, slightly bitter, refreshing quality, and black currant with currant leaf and bud adds a tart, green fruitiness with a slightly sharp edge. Mimosa offers a soft, powdery floral touch that rounds things off.

Worn by anyone, it is lively and refreshing, well suited to spring and summer, mornings, the office and outdoor activities. Those who love crisp, green, herbal scents with a citrus sparkle should find it an energising everyday option.
