It opens with cardamom, cinnamon and ginger, the spices of a spiced coffee, warm, aromatic and slightly sharp. The heart is unashamedly sweet: praline brings a caramelised nuttiness, candied fruits a sticky, jammy sweetness, and white flowers a soft, creamy floral note underneath. The base is where the coffee itself appears, roasted and slightly bitter, balanced by vanilla, tonka bean and benzoin for a thick, balsamic sweetness and musk for a smooth finish.
