The opening is dry and aromatic, with saffron giving a leathery, slightly metallic spice, nutmeg a warm, dusty sweetness and lavender a clean, herbal coolness. The heart is agarwood and patchouli, a resinous, smoky, earthy wood that forms the whole middle of the fragrance. The base repeats them, with oud and patchouli deepening and musk softening the edges into a smoother, skin-like finish.
