The opening is where the sunshine is: melon and peach give a juicy, slightly watery sweetness, lemon, mandarin orange and bergamot a bright citrus lift, and orange blossom a honeyed floral touch, with Brazilian rosewood adding a smooth, faintly sweet wood even at this stage. The heart is a soft bouquet of rose, jasmine and cyclamen, with osmanthus bringing an apricot-like fruitiness and orris root a gentle powder. The base is more serious than the top suggests, with oakmoss giving a mossy, green depth, cedar and sandalwood a dry wood, and musk and amber a warm finish.
Half of wearers report moderate longevity and nearly a third find it long lasting; sillage is moderate for most. It is voted mainly for summer and spring and worn by the great majority in the daytime, which suits warm, bright days and casual wear.
