Rhubarb gives a tart, crisp, slightly sour start, and blackberry a juicy, dark sweetness. Violet leaf adds a green, cucumber-like freshness, and pear blossom a light, airy floral note. The heart is a rich bouquet: orchid and vanilla orchid creamy and smooth, magnolia and peony fresh, and heliotrope powdery and almond-like. Jasmine tea adds a soft, tea-and-flower calm. The base is unusual: truffle brings an earthy, slightly savoury depth, and guaiac wood a smoky, resinous warmth.
