The opening stacks several citruses together: Sicilian orange, Calabrian bergamot, citron and petitgrain, which bring zest with a green, twiggy bitterness. Ginger and cardamom add a cool, tingling spice, and rosemary a herbal sharpness. The heart softens into neroli, jasmine and lily of the valley, with Chinese tea giving a dry, slightly tannic freshness. Guaiac wood, rosewood and sandalwood form a smooth, mildly smoky base, with a trace of cinnamon for warmth.

No wear reports exist yet. The composition is a daytime one, best in spring and summer, for someone who likes a bright, clean cologne style with more structure than a plain citrus.
