It opens with lemon, mandarin orange and chinotto, a bitter orange, alongside Madagascar pepper and rosemary, so it is citrus with a peppery, herbal snap. The heart is rose and geranium with a woody pepper note, which gives the scent its warm, slightly masculine floral character. The base is vanilla and tonka bean for sweetness, with Texas cedar, sandalwood, patchouli and oakmoss keeping it dry and grounded.
