Shamanism

Shamanism from the French house Spiritum is a floral fragrance with strong spicy and woody sides and a warm amber glow. Released in 2023 and presented as shared, it is a dense, ritualistic composition with musky and citrus touches.

The opening is bright and spiced: bergamot and mandarin give a citrus lift, while cinnamon, cloves and cumin add a warm, earthy and slightly savoury spice. Myrtle and sage bring an aromatic, herbal freshness. The heart is a rich bouquet of rose, jasmine, ylang-ylang and lily of the valley, with orris root and heliotrope adding powdery, almond-like softness. The base is deep and resinous: frankincense and myrrh give a smoky, sacred incense, oakmoss a mossy depth, and vanilla and amber a warm, sweet finish.
