2 Astral Twin from the French house Spiritum is a floral fragrance released in 2022 and composed by Philippe Paparella-Paris. Presented as shared, it combines flowers with spice, green, woody, fresh and ambery facets in an unusually layered composition.
The opening is bright and airy: aldehydes bring a sparkling, clean, slightly soapy lift, coriander and cardamom a fresh spice, and rosemary and clary sage an aromatic herbal note. Algae and ozonic notes add a cool, watery, marine quality. The heart is floral, with lily of the valley and Lilybelle® bringing a fresh, dewy note, iris a cool powderiness, and jasmine, magnolia and rose oxide a bright, slightly lemony floral glow. The base is mossy and warm: oakmoss gives shaded green depth, frankincense a dry, smoky resin, and sandalwood, patchouli, amber and musk a smooth, earthy finish.
Worn by anyone, it suits spring and autumn, daytime and evening, for someone who likes complex, airy florals.
