Sous un Mimosa de Provence is a mimosa fragrance from Reminiscence, released in 2024 and worn by anyone. Everyone who describes it calls it floral; most also find it sweet, green and woody, and a third notice musk.

The notes come as a single list, with mimosa at the centre. Mimosa absolute smells of honey, powder and cut grass at once, and violet leaf sharpens its green side with a cool, cucumber-like freshness. Hawthorn and white flowers broaden the bouquet with an almond-tinged, slightly waxy floral note.
