Ginger and pink pepper give a bright, warming opening, and saffron adds a leathery, slightly metallic heat. Damask rose sits in the heart, fresh and a little jammy, but it is softened and blurred by Cashmeran, which gives a warm, musky-woody haze that suits the name. Cedar adds a dry, pencil-like wood, oakmoss brings an earthy, forest-floor depth, and benzoin gives the base a soft, balsamic sweetness. Musk rounds everything off close to the skin.
