Bergamot and apple give a bright, juicy opening, while cinnamon and nutmeg add a warm, sweet spice. Honey brings a golden, slightly waxy sweetness, and dates a sticky, dried-fruit richness. Cognac adds a boozy warmth, and praline a nutty, caramel-like sweetness. In the base, vanilla, tonka bean and benzoin give a warm, resinous glow, with oak and sandalwood providing a woody finish.
