Coriander, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg give a warm, aromatic spice at the start, softened by lavender and blueberry. The heart is a lush bouquet of Bulgarian rose, ylang-ylang, magnolia and green tea flower, rosy, creamy and gently green. In the base, leather and incense add smoky texture, cedar and guaiac wood a dry woodiness, and vanilla, amber and musk a warm, soft sweetness.
This is a dense, warm scent suited to autumn and winter, evenings, dinners and special occasions. Despite the name, musk is part of a much broader picture rather than the main theme. It suits those who enjoy spicy rose fragrances with a resinous, leathery base and a soft, musky finish.
