Toujours Glamour by Moschino, from 2010, is a soft, powdery-sweet floral with a musky finish. Everyone who describes it calls it gourmand, musky and floral at once, and about half add spicy, green and resinous as well, so it reads as sweet but not simple.
Red currant and violet leaf open it, the first tart and fruity, the second green and slightly metallic, with cardamom adding a cool spice. The heart is almond, which gives a marzipan-like sweetness, softened by lily of the valley and jasmine. In the base, heliotrope brings a powdery, vanilla-almond warmth, benzoin a resinous sweetness, and musk a clean, skin-like glow that holds everything together.
Most wearers report moderate longevity, and projection is usually moderate or close to the skin. Spring leads the seasonal votes, with autumn next, and it is mostly worn by day. It suits someone who likes a sweet, powdery scent that stays discreet enough for everyday wear, and the almond note gives it a character of its own among fruity florals.
