Milk opens it, soft, lactonic and comforting, paired with elemi resin, which adds a fresh, lemony-peppery brightness that stops the start from being purely sweet. The heart is vanilla, musk and ambroxan, where the vanilla is creamy, the musk clean and skin-like, and the ambroxan brings a warm, mineral, slightly woody amber that gives the scent presence. Tonka bean and benzoin in the base add a soft, almond-hay sweetness and a balsamic, vanilla-like resin, so the finish is warm and enveloping.
