The opening combines citrus fruits with timur, a Nepalese pepper with a tingling, grapefruit-like citrus freshness, and elemi, a resin with a peppery, lemony brightness. The heart is floral: jasmine brings a smooth, honeyed white-flower tone and magnolia a creamy, slightly lemony softness. The base is rich and textured: oakmoss gives a shaded, green depth, patchouli an earthy warmth, leather a supple, slightly animalic note, and ambergris a salty, luminous glow.
