Flower Ikebana Sakura from Kenzo is a woody floral, released in 2023 and composed by Alberto Morillas and Alexandra Monet. Woods lead, flowers follow closely, and a light green note runs alongside.

Cherry blossom brings a soft, airy, faintly almond-like floral sweetness, delicate rather than sugary. Tuberose, including Indian tuberose, adds a creamier, richer white-floral body. Buckwheat tea gives the scent its distinctive touch: a toasty, nutty, gently green note, like roasted grain tea. Underneath, sandalwood, among it Australian sandalwood, provides a smooth, milky woodiness, cedar a dry, clean structure and vetiver an earthy, slightly smoky depth.

Presented as a women's fragrance, it has a calm, contemplative mood, fitting its reference to Japanese flower arranging. It suits daytime wear, spring and the office, and someone who prefers subtle, woody florals to sweet or fruity ones.
