Flame by Gulf Orchid, released in 2024, is a hot, spicy chocolate-and-tobacco scent worn by anyone. Spicy is the word everyone uses; about two thirds also call it gourmand, and a third find it woody, aromatic or amber-like.

Ginger opens it with a warm, fizzy spice, and cloves with clove add a dry, medicinal heat that gives the start real intensity. The heart is dark and smoky: tobacco for a sweet, leafy, honeyed warmth and incense for a dry, resinous haze. The base is dessert with an edge: cacao pod and cocoa for a bitter, dusty chocolate, vanilla for a creamy sweetness and woody notes for a dry structure that keeps the chocolate from becoming syrupy.

It is a cold-weather, evening fragrance by nature, the kind that suits a fireside or a winter night out rather than a summer day. It suits someone who likes clove, tobacco and cocoa together and wants a shared scent with warmth and presence rather than freshness.
