Coconut appears at every stage. It opens alongside vanilla flower, soft and slightly powdery, before the heart turns richer with milk, almond and tonka bean, giving the coconut a creamy, marzipan-like roundness. The base adds vanilla and sugar, so the finish is close to coconut confectionery or a sweetened coconut milk, warm rather than sharp. The milkiness keeps it from smelling like sun lotion, though the association is never far away.
Longevity is modest by most reports, with about a third calling it moderate and a quarter weak; projection sits between moderate and intimate. Summer is the favourite season by a wide margin, followed by spring, and it is worn mainly in the daytime. It suits beach days, warm evenings at home and anyone who wants a simple, cheerful sweet scent.
