Blackcurrant and blackcurrant syrup give the opening a dark, tart-sweet fruitiness, more jammy than fresh. May rose and rose form the heart, soft and slightly honeyed, with freesia adding a peppery, dewy brightness. Vanilla sweetens the base, sandalwood gives it a creamy wood, and patchouli an earthy depth. Ambroxan supplies a radiant, mineral amber warmth that lifts the scent off the skin and helps it carry.
Longevity and sillage have not yet been reported, though ambroxan-based structures are usually persistent. Jammy fruit, rose and vanilla suit cooler weather and the evening, for someone who likes sweet florals with some depth.
