Aldehydes give a sparkling, airy lift at the start, and pear a crisp, juicy sweetness, while tarragon and violet leaf add a green, slightly anise-like herbal freshness. The heart is soft and floral: osmanthus brings an apricot-and-suede warmth, and orris root a cool, powdery elegance. The base is warm and luminous, with frankincense giving a clean resin, ambergris a salty, mineral glow, amyris a soft woodiness, and vanilla and musk a creamy, comforting finish.
