It opens with rose and geranium, a green, slightly peppery kind of rose, lifted by citrus. The heart is where the spice comes in: cumin brings a warm, almost skin-like heat, while cloves and pepper add a dry, sharp bite. The base is made of oud, cedar and sandalwood, which together give a smoky, resinous woodiness with a smooth, creamy finish.
