The notes are listed without stages. Lemon, green apple and apple open crisp and fruity, with mint adding a cool freshness and geranium a green, rosy edge. The base supplies both the sweetness and the wood: vanilla and Madagascar vanilla with tonka bean give a warm, creamy, almond-tinged sweetness, while Atlas cedar, Virginia cedar and cedar bring a dry, clean wood in three registers. Vetiver adds smoke, oakmoss a bitter green, and ambroxan a salty, radiant warmth.
